1. Who we are

LaunchWisp is operated by Nicolas Schmidt (trading as LaunchWisp), CUIT 20-32600187-3, Córdoba 41, Villaguay (CP 3240), Entre Ríos, Argentina. Contact: hello@launchwisp.com.

2. What we sell

• AI Launch Kit (USD 19): a downloadable file with our directory list, listing templates and a launch checklist, delivered by a time-limited download link.
• Lite (USD 49), Starter (USD 149) and Pro (USD 299): done-for-you submission of your product to directories and launch sites, with copy written by us and a report of every submission, as described on the pricing section of our home page.

Prices are in US dollars, one-time, and paid through PayPal. Paid placements on directories that charge a fee are optional, billed at cost and only with your approval.

3. No guaranteed results

Each directory decides on its own whether and when to list a product. We guarantee the submissions and an honest report, not acceptance, rankings, traffic, backlinks or sales.

4. Your part

You confirm you have the right to promote the product you send us and that the information and assets you give us are accurate and may be published. Some sites require your own account or a one-click email confirmation; we will tell you which.

5. Refunds

• Services: if we haven't started, you get a full refund. If we can't reach the promised number of submissions, we refund the difference.
• AI Launch Kit: if the download doesn't work or the kit is not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

5a. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. To withdraw, email hello@launchwisp.com with a clear statement of your decision before the period ends.

• AI Launch Kit (digital content): the kit is delivered instantly by download. By ticking the box before payment you expressly ask us to deliver it immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or delivery has started. Our voluntary promise in section 5 still applies: if the download doesn't work or the kit is not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you.
• Services (Lite, Starter, Pro): you may withdraw within 14 days of your order. If you ask us, by ticking the box before payment, to start work during that period and you then withdraw, you pay an amount proportionate to the work already done, and we refund the rest. The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions, outages or changes made by third-party directories.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
